Our website operates on a Cash-on-Delivery model and all orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp.

1. Our promise

We want you to be happy with every MAS order. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it quickly and fairly.

2. When you can return an item

• The item arrived damaged, leaking or defective.
• You received the wrong product or quantity.
• The item is unused, unopened and in original packaging (for non-consumable returns), reported within the window below.

3. Reporting window

Please report any issue on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, including your Order ID and a clear photo of the item and packaging.

4. How refunds work (COD orders)

Because all orders are Cash on Delivery, no online payment is collected. Where a return is approved, resolution is typically by:

• a free replacement of the affected item, or
• an adjustment/credit on a future order, or
• where applicable and agreed, a cash/bank refund of amounts already paid.

5. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products (e.g. detergents, syrups, personal-care items) cannot be returned unless they were damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Resolution time

Approved replacements are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of approval. Any agreed cash/bank refund is processed within 5–7 working days.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — just reply on your WhatsApp order chat.
