1. Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders over ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. The exact total, including any shipping, is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

2. Delivery timelines

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. We'll share an estimate when we confirm your order.

3. Delivery coverage

We deliver across India. For locations outside our standard serviceable area, we'll let you know on WhatsApp and arrange the best available option.

4. Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash for the delivery agent.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution at no extra cost.

6. Returns eligibility
