By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display products, descriptions and prices accurately. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, offers or product availability at any time without prior notice. Product images may be representative; replace placeholder images with actual product photography before going live.

3. Orders & confirmation

This website does not process online payments. When you place an order, the item details are formatted into a WhatsApp message sent to us. An order is only confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp confirming availability, the total amount and the expected delivery date. We may decline or cancel any order, for example due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.

4. Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. No advance or online payment is required or collected through this website.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Free shipping applies to orders over ₹500; a flat fee applies below that threshold.

6. Returns & refunds
